We, Asentia home, consider design is the most important though, function cannot be ignored. And also we consider it is important to have good design helping neighborhood landscapes better.
Long-quality housing as standard
With “polyurethane form” which is next generation insulation, our house can meet the standard of “next generation ecology house” which is defined by the Japanese government. Even though 1.25 times larger earthquakes once in hundreds years, the house which met these standards would not be fallen and/or destructed.
Eco-Point − standard
With next generation insulation “polyurethane form”, our house meets the standard of “next generation ecological house”.
In the case of wood based house, semi-fireproof construction that would allow maximum 50% discount of fire insurance premium is standard.
Natural materials
We recommend using natural termiticides such as the hiba wood oil, solid wood floor as much as possible. We anticipate these constructions will generate more value in longer term.
Solid wood floors, custom made interior doors.
We consider the most important factor defining value of the house should be floor materials and also interior doors. We use “real” materials for those parts and establish fully custom made furniture.
Custom made furniture
With collaboration with KAJA design studio, we offer custom made kitchen, vanity fixture and other furniture such as dining table, interior doors. We can offer any kind of custom made furniture designing with the architects. We will meet your desire to pursue genuine works.
Flexibility
We are flexible to accept anything clients would like to install. Working with many suppliers, we shall meet any requests that clients would have.
Structure
We will find any structure which meets best to what clients would like. With considering designs as well as construction cost, we offer the best structure such as Japanese traditional wooden structure, 2X4, etc.
However we consider, the most basic structure should be Japanese traditional wooden structure. Even it is said Traditional, the technology has improved dramatically. More uniformed wooden materials building house, structures derived from 2X4 is available for this structure. In addition to these feature, Japanese traditional wooden structure can offer the best value such as flexible floor plan, cost performance, eco-freindly.
Termecides
Considering the foundation is the most important, we take three step measures such as using Hiba hard wood which is the best for foundation, higher foundation height for better airflow and 24 hours ventilation system. These measures will keep dryer environment of under floor. (Detailed information is available upon request. )
Insulation
By adopting next generation insulation, the polyurethane foam, made possible to achieve top grade thermal environment.
Even if the design is excellent, the house which is hot in the summer while cold in the winter would not be considered comfortable.
To meet the requirements of long-life quality housing, we adopt insulation from BASF INOAC Polyurethanes Ltd.
Major housing companies use “Glass Wool” for insulation, but by using foam type insulation from BASF INOAC gives us many benefits as follows .
1. Since the insulation is foam type and inflates, it is easy to insulate in details

3. The material will cope with the movement of the structure as the house age.
4. Like ” glass wool” the performance of the insulation will not weaken by dew condensation.

8. It will not generate toxic gas in case of fire. (within the tolerance)
Inspection
Strict site inspections are conducted by the third party
We Asentia Home will conduct more than 10 site inspections by Home Research Ltd. during house construction.
The inspection result will be updated in the Home Research Ltd’s website timely.
Each client will have a client ID and password to view the results.
An architect will check the house as well.
Also, a written report will be submitted to the client. That will give more convenience for future maintenance and/or renovation.
A monitoring system will be installed in each site for client to be able to see the progress
24 hours a day.
Warranty Service
Wide Guarantee
Our home is guaranteed from base ground to house via analysis conducted by the Home Research Inc.
Our house is guaranteed for 20 years which is a leading standard of the industry. This 20 years guarantee is only offered with paid maintenance works as well as paid termiticides work done by Asentia Home at the 10th year inspection.
House Defect Liability Insurance
House Defect Liability Insurance is provided by the House G-men via the House Research Inc. By this insurance, in the case we go bankrupt or the case we could not fulfill our liability, the insurance claim will be paid by the House G-men in order for the client to repair the house.
Completion warranty
Completion warranty can be provided by the Japan Mortgage Service alliance with the House G-men. However this is a charged option for client which requires guarantee fee.
Fire and Earthquake insurance
These insurances are to be fully client’s option, not offered as the standard. However our houses basically meet semi-fire proof standard. Therefore fire and earthquake insurance can be discounted to maximum of 50%. (We can introduce insurance broker by the family office service. Please contact us for more detail)
Support service after completion and delivery
We desire to keep a good relationship with our clients even after the delivery of houses. From this point of view, we visit our clients periodically as many as possible. Of course, clients can contact us at anytime clients need our support.
